About the series
Birds of Eden is a photographic series dedicated to women who choose to live freely.
These figures are not portraits in the traditional sense.
They are modern mythological beings — women who left familiar worlds behind and built new lives elsewhere.
In this project, each woman appears as a legendary bird:
Firebird, Swan, Gamayun, Simurgh.
They symbolize spirit, courage, adaptability and the quiet decision to pursue a better life — even when the path is uncertain.
The stained-glass background refers to sacred iconography, suggesting that women who consciously choose happiness may be the new saints of our time.

The entire series was created without the use of AI.
All wings, crowns, and symbolic elements were physically crafted and applied during the shoot — feathers were attached directly to the models’ skin, and the compositions were built through real materials and staging.
The images were later refined through digital post-production, but no artificial intelligence was used in the creation process.

About the artwork
The Soul Bird represents transformation and the depth of lived experience. Having passed through many forms and trials, it carries the memory of the past while remaining whole at its core.
Like a magnolia blooming after winter, this image reflects renewal, resilience, and the quiet presence of something eternal within us.

Why collectors respond to this work
Works from the Birds of Eden project resonate with collectors who value symbolic imagery and contemporary myth-making.
They combine photography, staged portraiture and conceptual narrative — transforming real women into timeless archetypes.
Each piece functions both as a portrait and as a metaphor for self-creation.

Symbolic context
Throughout cultures, birds have symbolized transcendence, transformation, and spiritual elevation.
In this series, the bird-woman becomes a visual language for freedom — not as escape, but as conscious choice.
The image suggests that identity is not fixed; it is something we grow, feather by feather.
